Scope as general contractor included demolition and strip-out, framing and drywall, mechanical and HVAC, electrical and plumbing, full commercial kitchen with exhaust, licensed bar and back-bar, expanded dining room with millwork and seating, AV, accessible washrooms, flooring and finishes.
