Titan Hawk supports owners and development teams with the construction planning and coordination needed to advance a property proposal. Our involvement can begin during feasibility and continue through servicing and site delivery.
Assess the requirements before defining the build
The proposed use, available infrastructure and physical conditions of the land shape the construction work. We contribute practical input to due diligence and identify the information needed from planners, engineers and other specialists.
That assessment provides a basis for the construction scope, anticipated sequence and further investigations.
Coordinate the work between disciplines
Development requires input from several parties. We help organise consultant information and application requirements around the decisions affecting delivery, including planning and zoning submissions, environmental assessments and utility servicing.
Technical assessments remain with the appropriate specialists. Our role is to connect their requirements to the construction plan.
Plan infrastructure around the development stages
Roads, drainage and services need to support the buildings and the order in which they will be delivered. We consider these dependencies when planning phased construction, including access and infrastructure needed for later stages.
Discuss the development proposal
Provide the location, proposed use and current application status, together with any studies and the consultants already appointed.
