Before the work reaches site, the construction information needs to be understood across trades. Partition layouts affect services. Equipment affects power, ventilation and plumbing. Finishes depend on the preparation beneath them.
We work through these connections with the project team, raise unresolved design questions and plan the sequence of installation.
Manage delivery on site
Our general contracting scope can include:

Build within the conditions of the property
Commercial renovations and tenant fit-outs often involve retained services, shared access or restrictions on working hours. We establish these conditions alongside the construction scope and plan the work accordingly.
Where existing conditions require a change, the design response, cost and effect on the schedule are brought to the client for a decision.
Close out the work properly
Completion includes a review of the installed work and a record of outstanding items. We coordinate their resolution and the documentation required for the agreed handover.
