When the project is already under way
A review can address workmanship, incomplete work or concerns about progress. We assess the available records and site conditions against the agreed scope, identifying the construction questions that need an answer.
Where there is a disagreement over the work, the review focuses on the technical facts. Specialist investigations are identified where the evidence requires them.
