Titan Hawk is a construction company based in Vaughan, Ontario. We work with business owners, property teams and design professionals on commercial construction, renovations and interior fit-outs across the GTA.
Our portfolio includes restaurant fit-outs for OEB, Kinton Ramen and The Tipsy Fox, retail construction for Dollar Tree, and clinic interiors for UROSPOT and Vaughan Pain Clinic. Alongside commercial construction, we offer site and land development services and custom home construction.
Understand what the space has to do
A commercial project starts with an operating requirement: a new location, a larger premises, a different use or a space that needs to work better. We establish that requirement alongside the design, budget and property conditions.
It gives the construction team a practical basis for decisions, from the position of services to the choice of a finish that will withstand daily use.
Respect the design in the execution
Our responsibility is to understand how the specified result can be built. That means checking dimensions, resolving details between trades and addressing questions with the design team before they become decisions made in the field.
Where a material or method needs to change, the discussion includes its effect on appearance, performance, cost and timing.
Keep the owner close to the decisions
You need to know where the work stands and what needs your attention. Our project management brings progress, outstanding decisions and proposed changes into the same conversation, with the implications explained.
