Scope of work
The general contracting scope included layout and framing, mechanical and make-up air, electrical and plumbing, the open ramen line with Type 1 exhaust, counter seating, millwork, dark izakaya-style finishes and signage coordination.
Running two locations for the same brand in the same period allowed shared procurement and consistent brand execution across both rooms.
Project delivery
One of two Kinton Ramen locations completed in the same period. Both the Burlington and London projects were delivered in 14 weeks.
