Scope of work
The general contracting scope included layout, framing and drywall, mechanical and HVAC, electrical and plumbing, commercial kitchen with grill line and exhaust, full service bar with draught system, booth and banquette millwork, AV and TV wall provisions, washrooms, flooring and finishes to the franchise brand package.
Project delivery
A restaurant completed to the franchise’s brand standard in 12 weeks, with the kitchen and bar operational for opening.
